  Never been so embarrassed in all my life. Been rushed through the self scan basket being taken away before I'd even finished, I forgot to pick up my receipt, with that I got stopped at the door as the buzzer went off absolutely no problem at all but the attitude that followed and not even being listened to too hear my explanation being made to wait while my shopping got taken and cameras having being checked .... again all security procedures .... I feel absolutely mortified for the way I have been treated. Better still having called the manager after being stopped by the lady at the petrol pump who was lovely could see how distressed I was took no responsibility what so ever!! On the phone It was said oh yes it was a young girl wasn't it. ..... I'm a 30 year old woman who has shopped in stall for years and to be detained for the sake of an explanation and a moment of patience this could have been totally unavoided. Feel embarrassed to visit the stall for a very long time.
  When it was challenged by the manager that I wasn't detained here is the definition of being detained.
  The act or fact of detaining or being held back.
  He tried saying under no circumstance did this happen.
